Manage all functions and activities of the ROW program specialty units in the central office. Approve all acquisition, relocation, incidental warrant requests to acquire real property and relocate displacee’s. Signature approval on ROW plan authorization.
Coordinate the preparation and completion of the Request for Proposed (RFQ) and the contracting process for real estate services for consultants.
Liaison between CDOT region ROW offices, Federal Highway Administration and Attorney General’s Office on policy/procedural matters. Develop and implement statewide guidelines and procedures for acquisition of real property.
Approve and/or recommend acceptance or rejection of real property administrative settlement proposals to the Chief Engineer.
Develop/manage budget.
