H.C. Peck & Associates, Inc. is a full service national right-of-way acquisition company founded in 1988 to provide professional land services to both private industry and government agencies. From its inception, Peck & Associates has sought to provide a high level of professionalism and skill and has ensured its clients successful project completion through the use of eminently qualified and dedicated personnel. Since January, 2000, and in an effort to better serve our clients in Colorado, Peck & Associates added title insurance to its growing scope of services.
Specific services we provide include project management, route and site selection, title research, analysis and title insurance, feasibility studies, right-of-way acquisition, relocation assistance, property management, right-of-way acquisition cost estimating for environmental studies, right-of-way procedure manuals and litigation support. A woman owned and operated company, Peck & Associates is certified as a DBE by the States of Arizona, Colorado, North Carolina, Illinois, and Washington.
Peck & Associates was rated by The Denver Business Journal as being among the fastest growing top 150 private companies in Colorado for three consecutive years and was also selected as a finalist for the Small Business of the Year Award by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce. In 2002, the International Right-of-Way Association selected Peck to receive the Employer of the Year Award.
