        Mr. Lucas received his BBA degree in Accounting from Woodbury College, Los Angeles, California. Mr. Lucas has spent twelve years in senior financial positions with large construction companies and five years in senior management in the area of oil and gas exploration. Mr. Lucas brings to H.C. Peck & Associates, Inc. thirty-five years of experience in financial accounting, cost management, analysis, and reporting. This expertise combines with twenty-two years of strong background experience in computer applications and systems analysis. Mr. Lucas supervises corporate financial and accounting functions related to project proposals, operations, and cost analysis.
